Jan was with DuPont for over 30 years in Wilmington, DE before leaving to join Axalta Coating Systems, a spin-off of. She spent the next two years transitioning their Salesforce.com implementation to 100% stand-alone - and reduced the annual bill by almost $1.5MM by moving to Force.com for most users. After the successful transition, Jan left to join Selah Legal Technologies, LLC as a partner.

Jan was responsible to DuPont's global Salesforce.com Program. Her responsibilities included:
Global Email/Groupware Implementation Manager, DuPont (Aug 2004-Dec 2005)
Responsible for the overall project upgrade path for DuPont’s email infrastructure to higher release levels and eventually to the Force.com platform. Jan led a broad global network of over 400 regional, business and site coordinators across DuPont to upgrade 55,000+ mail clients and 9,000+ application databases to higher levels.
Desktop Global Computing Manager, DuPont(June 1998-July 2004)
Responsible for global stewardship of desktop technologies for the DuPont Company. Interfaced with regional and business desktop coordinators, vendor partners, including CSC, Dell and Accenture ensuring DuPont of highest quality service and support. Process Owner for eight Desktop Six Sigma projects which resulted in a savings of over $16MM.
